How do I know my Payroll is being processed?
Your personal Payroll Manager will keep you fully updated at all times on what is happening and you will receive email alerts when an event requires your attention.
Can we access our payslips on-line?
Bon Accord can provide your staff with secure on-line access to their individual payroll information thereby removing the need for the printing and posting of hard copy payslips although these can be provided if required.
What kind of email notifications will I receive?
The notifications can vary in content but one thing is for sure: they will either inform you that tasks are being initiated and have been completed successfully; or they’ll ask you to confirm data or answer questions before processing takes place; or remind you of key activities or events.
For example, month on month, you may be asked to confirm that the details of your employees have not changed before the payroll processing starts. Or we may remind you of important dates in the Payroll or Tax Calendar.
We will only send you notifications that are helpful and add value to your experience of the Bon Accord Payroll service.
